You've been our treasured secret for a week now.
We are nearly bursting at the seams to share our good news! But right now, keeping it between just us allows it to sink in. There are still times that I shake my head and can't believe you're really there (and other times when I'm so green that I know you must be!)
We have looked forward to being parents so much, and now that you're really here, it's hard to believe. We are so excited!
Your daddy does such a wonderful job of caring for you already (by making sure I'm eating what I need to, comforting me when I don't feel well, taking on extra chores for me) that I know he's going to be the best dad God could have given you.
How do I know?
Because I already know that he's the best husband God could have ever given me.
We are going to be such a happy little family!
